ChileanMetal was created in 2004 by Ignacio Orellana as an independent platform dedicated to Chilean metal music and the artists behind it.

For more than two decades, ChileanMetal has documented the scene through news, interviews, videos, concert photography and coverage of Chilean bands in Chile and abroad.
