EQUILIBRIUM – First Chilean show announced for June 2027 with classics and Equinox material

EQUILIBRIUM's first Chilean concert is announced for Friday, June 11, 2027, in Santiago. Chargola and Powerprods are producing the event, with the announcement outlining a repertoire that brings together the German band's earlier folk metal material and songs from Equinox (2025).

The announcement names “Blut im Auge,” “Unbesiegt” and “Met” among the songs planned for the visit. Rather than focusing solely on the recent album, the proposed programme spans more than two decades of a catalogue built around folk melodies, symphonic arrangements and extreme vocals.

Formed in Bavaria in 2001, EQUILIBRIUM combine extreme metal with orchestral passages and choral elements. Guitarist and composer René Berthiaume is identified in the press announcement as one of the band's main creative figures, shaping music that draws on landscapes, stories and traditions.

Their debut, Turis Fratyr (2005), introduced that approach, followed by Sagas (2008), which includes “Blut im Auge” and “Unbesiegt.” Subsequent records include Rekreatur (2010), Erdentempel (2014), Armageddon (2016) and Renegades (2019). The announcement describes Equinox as connecting the band's folk roots with further sonic exploration, retaining cinematic arrangements and contrasts between intensity and melody.

EQUILIBRIUM's international live history includes appearances at Germany's Wacken Open Air and Summer Breeze festivals. The Santiago date is presented by the organisers as the band's first opportunity to bring that catalogue to Chilean audiences.

The venue information remains unresolved: the press announcement and poster name Sala RBX, as do the Passline listing's header and structured location, while the ticket page's descriptive copy names Teatro Cariola. Neither venue can therefore be presented as definitively established from the supplied material.

Tickets are offered through Passline. The press announcement lists Preventa 1 at CLP 29,000, Preventa 2 at CLP 33,000 and event-day admission at CLP 35,000, stating that no service charge applies.
